Free Breakfast & Lunch

DUE TO THE EMERGENCY CLOSURE, SINTON ISD HAS CHOSEN TO IMPLEMENT THE MEAL PROGRAM 

Beginning Monday, March 16 through the end of the school year, the Sinton ISD Food Service Department will provide Emergency Meal Service with curbside service at Sinton Elementary free of charge for children between the ages of 1 – 18.  Meal pickup will be through the bus loop entrance.

• Meal Service Method: Curbside, Grab and Go, Child must be present in vehicle (Walk Ups are welcome, please practice social distancing and stand 6 feet apart).
• Meal Service Days: Monday through Thursday (Note: Meals for Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be distributed with Thursday meals)
• Meal Service Time:  9:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m (program regulations do not allow for meals to be served before or after these approved times).

Breakfast and lunch will be picked up at the same time. Adult meals are not available.  This service is for any child ages 1-18 and not limited to students of Sinton ISD, as long as they have not been to China, UK, Ireland or most of Europe and do not have any symptoms of the corona virus. 

Sinton ISD is a partner with TDA to serve these meals in areas where more than 50 percent of children are eligible for free or reduced-price meals in the National School Lunch Program.
